Diane’s yoga class was a great way for me to disconnect from the “busy-ness” of work. The lunchtime classes gave me a much-needed respite and allowed me to continue my day refreshed, relaxed, and focused. The evening classes I attended were an excellent way to transition from work to the home life. The yoga retreat that Diane led was one of the highlights of my tour in Manila – so much time to focus just on my own practice, form, and breathing with no pressure or interruptions.
